This month has been out of control with wet weather. There's only so much you can do indoors with a toddler and a 10 month old! Mother nature needs to get her butt in gear and bring us some beautiful weather that will allow us to spend hours upon hours outside. We also need the dry weather so that we can finish our backyard. We've cut into the raised ledge of our backyard in order to increase our "useable area" so that we can have more grass and play area for the kids. It's a long project indeed! After renting a tractor for a day and moving ALOT of dirt, we now need to relocate the dirt and shape the new dirt wall. Then pull the blocks back up and either plant grass or sod. We can't wait to have a funtioning backyard again. Luckily Addison isn't too picky about how much space she has just yet. I'll have before and after pictures to post...at some point!!
Potty Training!!!
Addison has been doing so great with her new, grown up skills as a potty trained toddler. Of course there are still accidents, but she's doing so well! She has yet to have an accidnet while running errands or spending time at family/friends houses. She doesn't like having to potty in store restrooms, but the girls LOVES gas station restrooms. Any road trip we go on, she has to inspect any and all Chevron bathrooms!! HAHA Now we just have to tackle night time training.
